Lebanon. With acidity levels strictly under 0.8%, it is cold-extracted or ‘first cold-pressed’ within hours of the harvest, and
unfiltered for the perfect balance of aroma, flavor, and character.

First cold-pressed: The olives are taken to the press within a maximum of 8 hours of harvesting. The extra virgin olive oil
